Needle Selection

Many sewing problems can be avoided by:

• regularly changing your needle (the machine will even run quieter as the needle glides through the fabric)
• selecting the correct needle for the job.

At Kornacraft we use and recommend genuine Janome needles. Janome have provided this chart to help:

• understand the different types of needles (needle chart 1)
• which is the best needle for the job (needle chart 2).
